The Delaware County Family and Children First Council is a partnership of public and private non-profit and for-profit child and family serving agencies and organizations committed to improving the well-being of children and families in Delaware County.
The Delaware County Family and Children First Council meets every second Wednesday of the month at The Delaware County Board of Elections, Willis Conference Room, 2079 US Highway 23 North, Delaware, Ohio 43015. The meeting time is 9:00 am. The public is invited to attend.
