Help Me Grow is a program for expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers that provides health and developmental services to children; so they start school healthy and ready to learn. All services are designed with the individual family's concerns and goals in mind. Services are voluntary and free of charge. Help Me Grow is an Ohio Department of Health program available in all eighty-eight counties in Ohio through the county Family and Children First Councils. The program is designed to bring together several systems of care for early childhood in order to provide a comprehensive package of service for families and their children age zero to three.
